A Journey From Hand to Heart

"Elimden Gelen" is a community movement that believes in the value of handmade work; it is based on sharing, creating, and learning together.

It all started with the idea of doing what I can.

We see crafts like punch, ceramics, embroidery, and tile not just as techniques to be taught, but as forms of expression and sources of healing. We wanted these skills to reach people seeking hope in different corners of life.

Our first step was taken after the Hatay earthquake.

We set out to help those who lost their homes, routines, and hopes to rebuild their future with their own hands. Everything produced, from ceramics to woodworking, embroidery to jewelry design, was transformed into both life and income through digital platforms like Shopier.

Today, this journey extends from earthquake survivors to single-parent families, from individuals with disabilities to refugees, and from rural women to young people who had to leave their education behind. Our goal is to discover and develop skills and build bridges that turn them into income.

Here, every product is the labor of a hand, the mark of a heart, and the beginning of a story.
Our product sales not only provide a space for workshop participants to share what they create but also serve as a bridge that funds new workshops and strengthens solidarity.

"Elimden Gelen" exists through volunteerism.
Some of us teach, some organize, some support. But we all believe in one thing: We grow as we share.

You too can join this journey as a creator, participant, or supporter.
Because we believe everyone has something to give — something from their own hands.
